Privacy notice
This page explains what Kaliper keeps when you sign up for updates on kaliper.dev. Kaliper is run by Cedrec Sumimoto.
Last updated 2026-10-31
What we keep
- Your email address, in lower case.
- The date and time (UTC) you signed up.
We don't keep your name, your IP address, your browser details or your location. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Where it is kept
In a database on Cloudflare, in an account that Kaliper controls. The database's primary location is eastern North America.
When you press Get updates, your browser sends the address to waitlist.kaliper.dev, which Cloudflare runs. Cloudflare handles that request for us and keeps its own network records under its own privacy policy. The pages themselves come from Render, and the form doesn't send your address to Render. Like any web host, Render and Cloudflare handle visitors' IP addresses to deliver pages. We don't collect or use those records.
Why we keep it
To send you updates about Kaliper: new printers, published accuracy results, kits and similar news. We send nothing yet. Before we send updates through a mailing service, we will name that service on this page. We won't sell your address or give it to anyone else for their own use.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it.
Removing your address, or asking what we hold
Write to support@kaliper.dev from the address you signed up with, and we will delete it. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask for a correction. Removal is done by hand for now.
Changes
If this changes, for example when we add analytics or a mailing service, this page changes first and the date above moves.
